Notice of Liquor License Suspension Issued to Minnesota Establishments The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division (DPS-AGED) has notified the following establishments that they face a 60-day suspension of their liquor licenses for blatantly violating Executive Order 20-99 by selling alcohol for on-premises consumption. It has a premise permit and license to conduct lawful gambling. The initial premises permit was received and approved by either the city council or the county board in which the organization’s premises will be located. The permit and license were reviewed, approved and issued by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board. COVID-19 response.

- Pull-Tabs
- Raffles
- Tipboards
Licensing Process Summary
Start early! Paperwork is due to the Gambling Control Board 60 days prior to the proposed event start date.
- Determine which licenses are needed. Visit the Gambling Control Board to review the requirements and to print the necessary forms.
- Complete the licensing forms.
- Obtain City or Township Approval. Typically, the City or Township Clerk will approve your application. If you reside
in a Township, obtain Mille Lacs County approval. - Mail or deliver your application to:

Milaca, MN 56353 - The Mille Lacs County Board of Commissioners will review your application at their next Board meeting.
- Upon approval, you will receive notice in the mail.
- Mail your application package to the Gambling Control Board. The Board will review your application and, if approved, issue your license. The State will also provide you with information on the various gambling reporting requirements.
Remember that your paperwork is due to the MN Gambling Control Board 60 days prior to the proposed start date of your event.
